Midwest Rehab provides Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy staff at area skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Our staff is well trained on all Medicare and Medicaid regulations and documentation systems to assist the nursing staff on proper assessment and treatment planning of all residents. We use our therapy skills so to enhance the capability of each patient so they can be as independent as possible while living at the facility or returning to their home.
